Cocktail Workshops

This year is the first year that our world class tiki bartenders will giving you the chance for a hands-on experience to mix, muddle, and shake your own tiki cocktail creations. Each class is limited in size and led by one of our special invited bars and bartenders. Each class will feature a different cocktail and insights from leading bartenders across the U.S. and the world. Participants will receive their own set of bar tools to work with and take home – including an official The Hukilau cocktail shaker.
