The Hukilau™ returns to The Bahia Mar Beach Resort! This is a favorite when it comes to vendors from our past. All vendors are located inside the 8200 square foot Commodore Ballroom where ALL the action is! All performances, DJ’s and carvers will be located inside the ballroom. And of course, since we are entering the Final Aloha year for The Hukilau™, record attendance is expected! The only event taking place elsewhere is when we dock on Saturday evening to spend a glorious night at the legendary Mai-Kai Restaurant with Tikiphiles from across the globe!
Come aboard and get your merchandise noticed by over 1000 expected attendees in our Tiki Treasures Bazaar! Vendors will have 22 hours of visibility within one main ballroom, air conditioned and FIRST CLASS. All Tiki book signings, announcements and impromptu and nightly performances by musicians will take place in the Bazaar.
SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER HOURS AS WELL AS ROOM MONITORS DURING VENDING HOURS. THIS IS FOR YOUR SECURITY AS WELL AS The Hukilau™. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BACK INTO VENDING AREAS WITHOUT YOUR WRISTBAND, AS VENDORS YOU MUST ALWAYS SPORT YOUR WRISTBANDS ALL WEEKEND.
If you lose your wristband and it must be re-issued there will be a $20 fee.
Vendor spaces come with a standard 6×3 table and 2 chairs. We highly encourage you to cast that table aside and bring your own display items and deck it out in the most Polynesian/Vintage theme possible.
Vendors are placed along the perimeter and in the center island of the ballroom. You will have a 10×10 space – no exceptions aside from those vendors that select a double space.
