THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT
Entry with a Big Kahuna Pass or Wednesday Night Ticket Only  Each year villagers of The Hukilau that have arrived early, gather at the Mai-Kai for this annual ritual. This year we have arranged a private party in the Molokai for 150 lucky guests!! Several Mystery Bowls, Black Magics and Jet Pilots to be served as rites of passage for the days ahead. Musical performance by Flip and the Spinouts.

You must have your Big Kahuna Wrist Band or Wednesday Night Ticket for entry, if you haven’t had a chance to register prior to your arrival you will be stamped at the door of the Mai-Kai after verification of your purchase. Sorry, you will not be able to register for The Hukilau at the Mai-Kai, Registration is only at the Bahia Mar.

12 Midnight The Wreck Bar inside the Sheraton Beach Hotel (Yankee Clipper) Medusirena: Marina the Fire Eating Mermaid’s First Swim of the Weekend!
Join Marina and her pod of Aquaticats for this special late night swim just for The Hukilau! Please note: the Wreck Bar is very small, if you’d like a seat please arrive early and stake your claim! The performance takes place at the stroke of Midnight!

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT     Jeff Beachbum Berry presents Tiki’s Dark Ages:  From Fern Bars To Rebirth – your best 70′s Hawaiiana strongly encouraged!!

1pm: You will be seated directly in the Main Dining Room where you can order appetizers and cocktails (not included in ticket price – this is a la carte)
2pm: The Symposium will begin. You must have your Symposium Passport for entry. If you haven’t had a chance to register at the hotel prior to your arrival at this event we will check your ticket purchase when you arrive.THIS SYMPOSIUM SOLD OUT AS OF January 22, 2014. Tickets will not be available at the door and the Molokai Bar will not be open so please, only those with tickets. Sorry, you will not be able to register for The Hukilau at the Mai-Kai, Registration is only at the Bahia Mar.

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT     The Official After Party at the Mai-Kai with performance by Gold Dust Lounge on the Main Stage -
Entry with a Big Kahuna, Aloha or Thursday Night Pass Only  
For the first time ever, the Mai-Kai opens up the Molokai AND the Main Dining Room for The Hukilau villagers to celebrate! This late night private party is for those attending The Hukilau Only. Gold Dust Lounge of Miami will perform on the Main Stage! Villagers will be able to browse the Mai-Kai, the lush Gardens and the Molokai Bar (This party will not be open to the public – you must have a wristband from The Hukilau to attend and be admitted – do not delay in purchasing tickets, this night WILL SELL OUT!)

Featuring live musical performances by The Smokin’ Menehunes, Grinder Nova, special solo performance by Angie Pontani, The Sweet Hollywaiians (joining the Sweet Hollywaiians for one special number is Nani Maka), and a solo performance by Medusirena: Marina the Fire Eating Mermaid, and more! Below is the schedule for the Saturday Main Event at the Mai-Kai Please note a wristband is required for entry into the Mai-Kai, the night of June 14, 2014. There’s nothing more disappointing than showing up without your wristband and not being able to get in without paying a lost wristband fee. This is a night RESERVED for The Hukilau Villagers only. If you would like to join us in the Molokai Bar after both Happy Hours there will be a cover charge to enter. The same applies to the Samoa or Tahiti Dining Rooms with Entertainment. You MUST make your own Reservations. Drinks, dinner & show are purchased a la carte. To make your dinner reservation, please call the Mai Kai directly at 954-563-3272.

Plastic Paradise (The Final Cut)
Entry with Big Kahuna, Aloha, Luau and Sunday Pass Only  Common Machine is back with the final cut of Plastic Paradise, a documentary for which The Hukilau was the backdrop! These award winning filmmakers spent hours with us and several Tiki pioneers of the resurgence of Polynesian Pop including Sven Kirsten, Otto Von Stroheim, Josh Agle (Shag), Kevin Kidney, Jeff Beachbum Berry and our very own Tiki Kiliki!
The Mai-Kai Molokai Bar The Hukilau and the Mai-Kai hosts an Exhibit of History – the Molokai Bar opens for Appetizers and Drinks Entry with Big Kahuna, Aloha and Sunday Pass Only  Come and browse through the Mai-Kai’s precious historic photos, costumes, scrapbooks, mugs, dinnerware, menus and more. A very special addition to this Exhibit will be announced in the coming months.
