The Hukilau is proud to present a collection of over 20 artists for our Art Show this year, Bon Voyage: Sailing the South Seas!  So many of Tiki’s top artists have contributed a piece of art with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Abandoned Pet Rescue of Fort Lauderdale.

The Kiliki Cooler by Jeff "Beachbum" Berry

Every June, thousands of Tikiphiles from around the world migrate to Fort Lauderdale, where Christie “Tiki Kiliki” White throws the Polynesian Pop party of the year — otherwise known as the Hukilau. The Bum crafted this drink in Miss Kiliki’s honor when attending his first Hukilau in 2006.

Recipe: Into your shaker pour 2 ounces Appleton V/X rum, 1/2 ounce each of fresh lime juice, unsweetened pineapple juice, orange juice, passion fruit syrup, and Fee Brothers coffee syrup. Shake well with ice cubes. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass.
